This is a special fundraising page created by the Lebanese Taekwondo Federation in collaboration with World Taekwondo and Taekwondo Humanitarian Foundation

Lebanese Taekwondo Federation is organizing a fundraising to help the families affected from the massive Beirut explosion, that took place on the 4th of August, leaving 163 deaths, + 6,000 injured.

More than 300,000 people have been displaced from their homes, authorities declared Beirut a "disaster city".

This disaster could not come at a worse time, Lebanon is in the middle of an economic crisis.

Every child has the right to access safe, quality education, our response is underway and expected to reach hundred individuals to help them continue their education after the massive explosion.

We work with children, their families, communities, wider society, and advocate at both local and international levels, so that all Lebanese children are able to get an education.

The ‘Great Champion Scholarship’ was launched by WT with THF to help children in Lebanon who are tragically affected by the recent explosion in Beirut. The scholarship will directly cover children’s school and education fees.
